The Folle Blanche parcel is located in the place called "Le Fief Cognard". This cuvée comes from a mass selection of old vines. The plot measures 0,30 ares and consists of sandy loam soil with weathered granite subsoil.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :

Vin de France Folle Blanche

 

Variety : 100% Folle Blanche

This cuvée comes from 47 to 65 year old vines.

In biological conversion.

 

Ground : Surface soil of sandy loam with weathered granite subsoil. The soils are fully plowed.

Winemaking : Manual harvest, followed by direct pressing and light settling. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeast in a clay egg.

 

Raising : Breeding is carried out in egg and almost without sulfur, and lasts about 1 year.

Bottled under inert gas, without fining or filtration.
