The Pinot Noir plot is planted in the Bareille sector. The plot is 0,30 ares and the vines are 12 years old. The soil is clay loam with a subsoil of weathered granite and white and pink quartz.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :

Vin de France Pinot Noir

 

Variety : 100% Pinot Noir

This cuvée comes from 12 years old vines.

In biological conversion.

 

Ground : Surface soil of clay loam with subsoil of weathered granite and white and pink quartz. The soils are fully plowed.

Winemaking : Maceration in destemmed grapes for ten days ; followed by pneumatic pressing. Free-run juices and press juices are assembled in clay amphora to complete their alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.

 

Raising : The aging takes place without sulfur until spring. The sulphiting is carried out according to the pH of the wine. Tastings are carried out regularly to follow the evolution of the wine.

Bottled under inert gas, without fining or filtration.
